Yay! Nice to see that they are mailing things out quickly, despite their wonky system!

I'm leaving the country in a couple weeks, would be really nice to have that card in hand before I go

I called the USCIS Call Center and they advised me it was transferred to my ACTUAL local office (Albuquerque). She gave me a ridiculous timeframe of 24-42 months or something like that, though. So I'm not holding my breath that I will be approved any time soon.

I know I'm preaching to the choir, but this whole process has given me more grey hair than I care to admit.

I hear ya.. as long as you got the infopass stamp or the GC plus extension letter, you will be fine.

The system is as you say  and we know very very out of whack. Yes, hard to see  people around you are getting their approvals but soon it will all come - as long it is not a RFE.

It's done that to all of us.

Did you file N-400?

Don't believe everything you hear from call service agents.  Half the time they are contracted workers and know nothing.

If you are outside of the suggested timeframe, I'd make an online inquiry to get them hustling.

Hoping xilef is right....you get approval very soon.

No, I didn't file the N-400. This was too stressful, my husband and I figured we would give it some time and enjoy the small victories (if they ever come) lol

Thank you, I hope you're right! :)

They told me this too at my infopass appointment. They're just going by the info on USCIS and I'm guessing because they're trained to stick to the public info.

Just because a lot of people that filed in July have had action on their case, doesn't guarantee you will... But I'd say maybe makes it likely?

I hope you hear news soon! 😞

I think so too. Everything they say is scripted, they sound like robots.

Thank you! :)

I'm sticking around for my July peeps!

From the very beginning we knew we were all walking blindly through this process. You need to keep your faith as numbers all around yours get approval.  One day yours will come!

It has too, right?!

Got a text message from USCIS this morning. It says "Your case WAC1727900XXX is now updated. Check "My Case Status" at www.uscis.gov

Then when I logged to view my status, this what it says.
