September 19, 2018 Case transferred and new office has jurisdiction

September 24th, 2018 Received case transfer notice in the mail to Texas Center

October 17, 2018 Card in Production APPROVED!!! WHOO-WHOO!!!!:dance::dance:

NO RFE or Interview on ROC I751!!!

October 22nd, 2018 USPS tracking updated GC to arrive on Oct 24th!

October 23rd, 2018 Green Card in Hand!!

It finally happened.  We were notified that card is in production on October 16, 2018.  YEAH!!!!  It has been great to have so much helpful information in this forum and in all of the VisaJourney website.  Thanks.

Our NOA date is July 5th 2017 and so to those July filers still waiting, it should be coming soon.  I had checked the case numbers close to ours and most had been approved (along with some RFE's) .  So finally it was our turn.

Hope everyone hears good news soon. 

08/14/14 Mailed I-129F

08/25/14 Email notification of NOA1 received; check cashed.

08/29/14 Received hard-copy NOA1 with notice date of August 22

10/15/14 Checked my case status on-line and was told that my approval was mailed out on Oct 15!

11/03/14 NVC received my case from USCIS (unsure of this date)

11/07/14 NVC assigned a case #, an invoice # and Beneficiary ID (unsure of exact date)

11/10/14 Package was sent to Ciudad Juarez, Mexico consulate (this date is known)

11/25/14 Received Package 3 (a letter) from Consulate dated Nov 19, 2014.

01/29/15 Interview in Ciudad Juarez - approved!!!

02/26/15 Entry into the US in San Ysidro by land

03/16/15 Marriage in San Diego

03/27/15 Filed applications for Adjustment of Status with Chicago lockbox

04/06/15 Received electronic notification that case was received

04/17/15 Received notification of biometrics apptmnt on May 1, 2015.

05/01/15 Biometrics taken

06/20/15 Received Authorization to Work / Advance Parole card

06/28/15 Status updated "Case is Ready to be Scheduled for an Interview"

09/22/15 Interview in Chula Vista, CA and received verbal approval.

06/27/17 I-751 package sent

07/05/17 NOA-1 received

08/25/18 Received Courtesy copy of 18 month extension letter

10/16/18 Notified that green card is being produced.

Anyone who had their case approved but was transferred from CSC to Nebraska (my case was being one of these!). I just saw the processing times for Nebraska and I see they are now LONGER than CSC which has made my heart sink...  

It wont affect your case.

Congrats everyone who got approved today!  I'm still sitting waiting :( Probably will be a while as I'm WAC17286xxxxx, I might not even see an 10yr GC as I filed the N400 when my window opened.

guys quick question, i applied with 1751 waiver, as i went through a divorce, can i apply for my n400 application or do i have to wait 5 yrs from the time i got my conditional green card to apply for citizenship.

Mine still doesn’t hear anything ☹️☹️. Maybe they skipped my case , waiting 471 days, VSC July 3, 2017. Everyone here left me to go 😭😭. 

Not to worry! I’m also VSC July 3rd, 271 day, EAC278xxxxxx. There are about 60 case NOT TOUCHED if you run the report for our day. And although many of case around mine are approved, there are plenty which are still aren’t. So we are waiting. 

Conrats on the approvals everyone!

NOt that it matters but for those of us who were recently approved, DHS site hasn't updated our case as approved but when I logged into USCIS site it shows card in production. Anyone else in the same boat?

How do you check dhs site?

9/01/15 AOS Interview Houston-APPROVED!

9/01/15 Card in production, Welcome notice has been mailed

9/05/15 Welcome Notice Received

9/08/15 Greencard was mailed

9/10/15 GREENCARD RECEIVED!!!!!!!!
