Hello , I am asking questions 

I been in usa for 9 month with cr1 visa ( 2 years green card ) and thing did not work for me with my wife 

So I want go back to my country 

My question is could I can come  back in future with different visa if i want to? 

Do I have the right to married us citizen in future and can come with some visa ( cr1)

Or the uscis will banned me?

As long as you are under a valid visa and leave under a valid visa then you are fine. You will be able to come back under a different visa again with no issues at all but do expect that you will be asked about this.

If you don't plan to live in the US anymore, you can submit an I-407 to formally relinquish the card while abroad. This step would likely be viewed favorably in a future visa attempt as it can help show non-immigrant intent for a non-imigrant visa.

If you meet another USC or LPR, you can be petitioned again.

10/24/18: Green card produced notice, 10/25/18: Formal approval, 10/31/18: Green card received

sorry ,  but i got 4 private messages on my whatsapp from moroccans asking me if i saw this 

most Russians are very fluent in English

and  don't say "thank you man" like a moroccan
