From Nebraska it will go to California and your NOA1 will come for CA. Could take about two weeks. No reason for concern - you know it was received.

My peition was also received at the NSC on the 9th of May. Like you, I do not have an NOA1 yet nor has my check cleared. I suppose we just have to be patient. ;)

Don't mean to scare you but, as Mononoke28 said, some members like us, had been waiting for our NOA1 from the NSC for a long time! We sent our I-129F exactly one month from today! And not even our check has been cashed so we can't look for the online status either :(

I'd think that before May filers start receiving their NOA1, they would have to send April filers NOA1 first, but who knows! Maybe you'll get lucky and get it even sooner than us.

All we can do is hope for they to start working in our cases and solve whatever has been keeping them from sending our NOA1.

If you are able to see it online, it wasn't lost. ALL I-129F petitions sent to NSC are transferred automatically to CSC. It has been this way for a long time. CSC seems to be having problems getting NOAs printed and sent - there was a post on the USCIS site about this. As long as you know it was received (via mail tracking) and especially if your check has been cashed, it's all fine. If your check hasn't been cashed yet and you know it was received, hang tight. It's not like they will let the checks sit around indefinitely.

No point in calling USCIS - they rarely give accurate or correct information.
