Where to find Packet 3 ?

Hey everyone,

So I'm thinking ahead of what I can do since fiance and I are waiting for our NOA2.

1. I've been reading about "packet 3", is there somewhere where  I can download this? All I see on the Ukraine Embassy website is the checklist for the interview, and this page https://ua.usembassy.gov/visas/visa-forms/ Is "Fiancée Visa Information Packet" packet 3 ? Or is it something that has to be mailed to my fiance or me after NOA2 ?

2. Is there something that can be done now while waiting for NOA2 ? We plan to get his police certificate about a month before we expect our NOA2, he's got his passport, birth certificate and all those documents on hand. I will hopefully get my job offer next week, so affidavit of support will be done too. ( how early can I do it? Can it be scanned and e-mail to fiance?)

3. Should we provide more evidence than we already did? I was thinking of sending may be 2-3 screenshots of convos/calls logs for each month from file date to interview phase to show that we do communicate.

Thank you all in advance !

1) you need I-134, 4-6 of your last paystubs, tax returns from 2017, 2016 and 2015 or maybe 2018 if you already filed by then, more bonafide relationship proof, bank statements with balance, averages and so on, letter of proof on employment with earned wages or hourly, time at that job.

2) no need of wet signatures, everything can be scanned and emailed, even the actual NOA-2, which she/he will need for Kiev Embassy

3)  yes, more proof of having seen each other if possible and that its ongoing.

US Kiev embassy was pretty relaxed as long as you have all documented and ready. Leave enough time between medical and interview. The TB test i think can throw your plans off and VOH, because they have to wait for the X-ray to clear you. Do not book flights before VOH. One way tickets is good enough for K-1.

Good luck

https://ua.usembassy.gov/wp-content/uploads/sites/151/2016/12/KEV-1_form.pdf I believe is a checklist to follow for Ukraine. The Police certificate for every country where you lived for  6 months or more starting since age 16 can be tricky if person ever studied or spend time outside of Ukraine.

That KEV-1 form says

Quote

DO NOT SEND ANY DOCUMENTS TO THE CONSULAR SECTION

Read the statement at the bottom of this page, sign it and bring with you for your interview.

STATEMENT: I have in my possession and am prepared to present all the documents where applicable listed in items 1 through 13 which apply to my case, as indicated by the check mark I have placed in the appropriate boxes.
