Im trying to get all documents ready for the interview but the information about self employed support documents is confuse.  My question is,

does somebody had experience in the bogota embassy about the support documents required for a self employed affidavit of support?

If self employed, your current income will come from line 22 of your most recent tax return's 1040. The tax return copy will be evidence of the income. Many times providing 3 years of tax returns for self employment helps show stable income.

I'm self employed, but only became self employed this year so my last year's returns show my income from a prior job - but I have no tax returns from my current company that I own. I hope that my last several years' returns and a profit/loss statement to date this year will be more than good enough to satisfy the need for proof/support of my affidavit.

04/16/18 - USCIS received I-129F

Question: What is your current income? That's what will matter.

If you are self-employed only this year then you have no evidence of current income yet. Past tax returns would only show past income.

A profit/loss statement doesn't show income - it shows revenue. Until claimed on taxes, it's not income as you may be able to (and actually choose to) deduct some/much of that as business expenses.
