I’m still looking for that answer to the question asked about how often NVC sends cases to the embassy. I have seen different answers here on VJ

They send cases every 2 weeks or so. Wit them just sending a batch out 2 days ago don't expect to see any movement till end of oct early november

noa1 date is actually they date on ur hard copy. Sadly if u reach the magical 220 day u must wait till 225 to contact Uscis. They use what the new site says. Even if ur paper says X date.

I'll call on Monday and get it booked.

Probably try and get something in November.

Hey,

Did you get to book your medical early?

Do you have your interview date in London yet?

Yup, indeed I did.

When did you get CC/Documentary qualified? Have you go an interview?

Sent the IV docs a fortnight ago and we're waiting on our attorney to upload and submit the civil and financial documents - trust me, I'm going out of my mind! I've just been trying to work out when we're likely to get CC if they were submitted by say, Wednesday next week, and also when the interview would be allocated. Seems like it'll be in January now sadly. I could try to get the medical booked for mid December though.

When is your interview date?

Don’t have one yet, been here 3.5 weeks waiting. Thought I would’ve been organized by now.

I booked the medical in advance because I plan on leaving in February, plenty of time.

We were 10 days from documents submitted to case complete, was real easy. We didn’t use an attorney, ours was straight forward.

I understand they allocate interviews the last week of each month so now we're in November the theory is they'll next allocate interviews at the end of the month for December dates. You'll likely have a longer wait for an interview date than say, someone who has Case Complete on the 20th of a month (unless they run out if slots, in which case those people run onto the allocation the last week of the following month).

10 days is good news for review of the docs though. Thanks.

Good luck! I hope your interview is soon :)
