Hi All

When sending DS-160 + Visa Fee Receipt + passport photo and copy of passports to Embassy/Consulate via packet3.  Do they strictly mean the just the people applying for visa (in our case just my fiance, she has no kids) or does it want mine as well?

Also, when sending this information to Consulate.  Whom do I/we note as the recipient?  Is there a particular department or persons this needs to go to?
