Nvc documents

Hello i have some questions can u help me out ,when asked to photocopy passport bio page does it mean regular scan or on normal paper or a photo type,? also i have lawyer handling my case they didnt tell which affadavit form.to.fill out but cosponsor is retired so they will have to let me know how to handle that , am i just supposed to fill out the form from the site and then print it out im going to call tommorrow though..

For the passport biographic page I scanned mines.

And for the Affidavit of support I'm not sure if there's another form but while going through the form with my husband the section 6, where you'd put your employment status has retired.
