Yeah our case is in AP, it’s been there for 64 days. They kept his passport. His interview questions were normal. Just about us and our relationship. For the last decade he lived in Azerbaijan as a refugee from Afghanistan, so they asked him about that. He said the interview went well, but it was really short. They had the yellow card ready to give to him before the interview even started.

Hi Klewis27,

any update regarding your husbands visa? my wife she had her interview on July 24, and its still on AP. I don't know how long more we have to wait.

No updates. And he isn’t my husband yet. Just fiancé. I emailed the embassy but they didn’t tell me anything useful.

Nothing yet, I just contacted 2 senators from my state (Pennsylvania). One of them responded and said they would try to help and asked me to sign some release forms so they could look at our case. So we’ll see if they can actually do anything!
