Timeline

Hi!

After I have sent my reply to RFE I got from USCIS things started moving faster.

about a week after they have recieved it I got my travel document (it was 2 days ago) than again today I got an information that my work permit card will be sent to me in 30 days.

I am wondering how much longer is it gonna be till my whole AOS get's done. Any guesses?

Another question is - if two things mentioned above were approved so fast - does that mean that my paperwork I sent them was ok and that most likely I will not have any complications with the rest?

Greetings from Philip, South Dakota

Hey Philip... It is quite difficult for anyone to even venture to guess when your AOS will be finished without your timeline filled in... we don't even know that your AP and EAD are fast... could only venture to guess it was towards the end of Feb. We don't know if you have an interview scheduled or if you were transferred to CSC. You can venture a guess that your AOS will be completed from 2 - 24 months.

Good luck and :time:

Wish we could answer that for you but the timelines vary here. My husband is from Canada. His gc approval took over 9 months. Other Canadian couples were approved in less that 6 weeks. Some are still waiting...two years later. A lot depends on the FBI namecheck that everyone is subjected to. There's nothing you can do to speed it up.
