Hi Everyone, Please guide me if you can..I have got my case number from NVC for K1 visa , my US Embassy is in Islamabad, Pakistan .
Now my question is what should be my other steps to schedule my interview?
My case has not yet transferred to my local embassy but soon it will be transferred so should I make a appointment for medical? and what would be the next step after this?
Thanks

Since you received a case number you have to wait for an Email from NVC where it will guide you on the next steps ..After you get it all done you’ll get your case completed and after that you’ll be on the lookout to get an email from NVC giving you an Interview date, once you have that date then you can book your medical appointment. I do not advise you to book it if you don’t have your interview date.

If this is K1, you won't be given an interview date. Once the case is sent to the embassy, they will email the beneficiary with instructions in a couple of weeks. You will need to schedule the interview then schedule the medical.
