Embassy Put Wrong Marital Status on Visa

Hubby was able to pick up the passports yesterday and just noticed that they have his marital status as single and not married.  Everything else is correct.  Super frustrated because it was a spousal visa, includes our marriage certificate and everything.  How soon can the embassy correct it?  Will they require it to be corrected?  I booked their flights for Monday. 😞

Pls try to contact the embassy through phone and explain your problems about the wrong marital status in immediate effect. Don't just use the visa and travel like that because it will have a serious effect on you.

By God grace your problem will be solve if you really contact them , good luck.

They don't answer the phone.  I sent an email last night and am making a couple of other calls this morning.

Yes keep on you will really get in touch with them , because sometimes their phone lines used to be busy or unreachable !

Yes, one of the guards joked with my husband and said they intentionally don't pick up the phone. Hubby went back this morning and they reprinted for him.
