Divorce while ROC is pending

Hello!

We have filed ROC from my GC which I got through K-1 visa in July and I had my fingerprints taken in August. Last Friday my husband packed his things and left which I found out about when I got home from work. We fight a lot and our marriage is definitely not a model one but after this I don't really see the point in trying to fix anything any more. He'd disappear and not pick up his phone and tell me that he just needs to think, he works days and nights, weekends too, however never seems to have money to even pay his part of our bills on time. He is extremely verbally abusive. He insisted on us moving to an expensive 2 bedroom apartment because he just wanted an extra bedroom and now he's gone and I'm stuck with the lease I can't even afford on my own...  So I feel like there is no fixing this marriage and I need to file for divorce but I don't know what to do with my ROC now. Do I withdraw it and file something else?  Or will they just deny my ROC and then I'll have to apply for something?
