NOA 2 / I-797 Question

I have a question about some of the info on the NOA 2.  It states "Notice Type" and gives a date range (see below).

 

This doesn't pertain to the POE after the interview does it?  Curious if this is just how long you have to get the interview done with or what.  Any insight would be appreciated! Thank you in advance!

At this stage, your file will be sent to the NVC and routed to the appropriate embassy, and they will contact the beneficiary with the information for the interview. 

 

If you click on the Panama flag on your profile, you will be able to access the country's portal and see reviews other people going through that embassy have left, to give you an idea of what to expect.

To answer your question, you have until February 2, 2019 to complete your medical and schedule your interview.
