Packet with intructions?Where is it?

Hi Good Day...

My fiance spoke with The Office of Public and Diplomatic Liason today(202 663-1225).

They said that THE PACKET OF INFORMATION HAD ALREADY BEEN SENT to me last April 2, 2007.

But I have not received this PACKET.

Can anybody please help me of what to do next on how we can get this important information .

I have called the manila Embassy-Immigrant Visa (by phone) but it is always busy.

Please I need your advice.

Yes, but there is no response.

I tried to call the embassy for almost 25 times but still no to avail.

An email can take between one to three days before you get a response... in the meanwhile, just keep calling the embassy. They may have either sent it to the wrong address or the packet may have been lost in the mail, so request another packet from them.

If you're emailing them again, be sure to put down both your names, your case number, and the mailing address to your house.

Is there not someone on here who can tell you what you need from that packet? Andre and I moved forward every step of the way without having anything mailed from the embassy.
