Stuck at NVC

Hi all

 

im at a bit of a lost point and this is doing my head in 😞 

 

so i was transferred to nvc all fine,paid and uploaded documents all fine. The aos was accepted but then not the civil documents. .. kept calling they told me case complete and 1 person under review. I called lots of times to be told the same thing but something was telling me this wasn’t right. So I called back, spoke to a very helpful woman who looked into it and said it’s under final review still so she escalated it to a supervisor as it should have been done by now (Her words) ... this can take up to 6 weeks but she said should be done before that! 

 

Why has it got stuck in review for so long, will it really take 6 weeks,..

No it doesnt take 6 weeks. At max two to three days.

Ok thanks. I just called and she confirmed it went to a supervisor yesterday evening so hopefully hear soon 😩

The average review time is about 10 calendar days from what I am seeing. I am on my 12th day and yet to see any update after submitting on CEAC.

Oh really. I’ve rang back to confirm it’s with a supervisor. Is there a way of telling or just trust them lol. ?

 

did u get asked to resubmit stuff?

I haven’t heard from them yet, after my first submit.
