DS 160 No fees

Hi everyone, my nephews Fiancé visa application was approved and they gave his fiancé 4 months to do everything. My question is when she completed filling up her DS 160 no fees showed up for her to pay them on the Department of State website. She is filing through Paris France. How does she pay the fees? All the help is appreciated. Thank u.

Did she receive epackage 3 from the USA embassy ? Follow the instructions on it. She'll need to log in and create a profile on  their applicant systems (ustraveldocs.com) ,it'll ensure the proper amount of payment for ppl  to pay.If she has any problem to do these steps, she can call the customer service center.

Morning, No she didn't receive any packet yet. Should she wait until she gets the packet or create the profile and see if it will accept her payment?
