DS-260 submitted, I made a Mistake

Hello Everyone, 

I am new here and hope someone could help me about my problem.

So, I made a mistake answering two questions “ 

Have you ever been refused a US Visa, or been refused admission to the United States, or withdrawn your application for admission at the port of entry?"

The answer to the above question is basically "Yes", which I answered NO ( My understanding was I am the one who refused, If they use the word “denied” I would understand) 

And the other one is "Do you have documentation to establish that you have received vaccinations in accordance with U.S. law?" I answered Yes, coz one of my friend said is Yes because I am going to take a medical exams and get vaccines before the interview.

 

My husband review my answers and found out my mistakes 😣. Is there any way to fix it? I am so worried. We’ve been working for this since Last year April, and now we have a 5month old son. And Husband wants us to be in US, we are currently living in Japan.

 

Do I have to call the NVC for this matter?

 

Hope someone who can help me.

You could contact NVC, yes.  However your answer about vaccinations is OK, for the reason you mentioned.

Thank you Sir pushbrk. Is calling them is the better or send email will do? 

I have not yet sent the Final documents. Can I also write it there about my DS-260 and attach together with the documents?
