Hi everyone,

Just taking a moment for some breath and letting you all know that after all the crazy squirrelly stuff, our case has been approved. I called into the consulate and they told me the good news, now she waits for their letter and then come in with passport to get visa. thank again for all your support (you know who you are) and best of luck to everyone!!!!!!!!!! Life is beautiful again.

05/03/2007 I have an unofficial "PETITION APPROVED" ...waiting for confirmation from Consulate

05/07/2007 Received email from USCIS ROME confirming that our petition was approved (why Rome? because we complained to the District Office Rome about the Sub-Office Frankfurt..it took too long for our petition to be approved)...now waiting for the interview letter from the Consulate

It is truly a beautiful day. We were approved today as well...he gave his passport at the appt. today and we should have it soon! You're right--life is beautiful.
