My current status is that im waiting for the case to be received by NVC from USCIS. I received the NOA2 on May 22 2019. 

Im hoping I can get something more informative related to Bahrain while waiting.

Greetings from Manama Consular,

 

We would like to inform you that we have received your K-1 visa file from NVC.  Your visa interview will be scheduled for the next available appointment which will be either on the 9^th or the 16^th of May, 2019. You will be notified with the exact date and time of your interview once your appointment is scheduled. Please provide us with a valid local contact number for further communication.

 

What to do now:

-          You need to fill out the DS-160 found at www.ceac.state.gov, submit it and print the confirmation page.

-          If you need any additional information on the visa application process, you can visit the following websites: https://uscis.gov orhttps://bh.usembassy.gov/visas/immigrant-visas/fiancee-visa/

 

What you need to bring to your interview:

-          You will need to pay your visa fee of $265.00 USD when you arrive for your interview.  We accept cash only, either USD or BHD. 

-          2 photos, 2”x2” color.  Please visit the following website for the requirements;https://bh.usembassy.gov/u-s-citizen-services/passports/photos/.

-          Original current passport (previous/expired passports are required only if there was a name change or the bio data does not match).

-          Original Birth Certificate.

-          Original Single Certificate from your home country (if applicable).

-          Divorce Certificate (If applicable).

-          Original Police Certificate from your home country.

-          Original Police Certificate from Bahrain (Criminal Investigation Directorate) CID.

-          If you have lived in any other countries after the age of 16 years, you will need to obtain police certificates from all of those countries.

-          Medical examination has to be done at American Mission Hospital if you plan to take your K-1 visa in Bahrain (valid only for 6 months).  Phone 1725-3447.

-          An original Affidavit of Support (Original signature).

-          Any supporting evidence of your qualifying relationship with your petitioner.

hello. we received our NVC number a month after NOA2. then few after the case became ready packet 3 came. I have red differences in timeline. worry not. its onits way. im here in abu dhabi.😊
