if the dependents were not claimed as dependents on income tax return. do those still count as depentedents here in household size???

If they are unmarried and under 21, then yes. Please carefully read the instructions.

what if they have their own i130 approved? are they counted on this household size sicne they will be receiving their own i864 form completed?
