K3 sent to embassy

I spoke to the NVC the other day, and they said they have sent our K3 to the Manila embassy on may 4th. How long till we recieve something from the embassy as a notice, ap acket, instructions... whatever? And what is the AOS and/or the choice of agent that I see on people's timelime? It seems like they did this before they even got their notice from the NVC.

2-1-2007 Touch

4-30-2007 Approved

Her I-129F

1-23-2007 sent (but sent it to Vermont)

2-16-2007 resent a new package

2-26-2007 NOA1

3-2-2007 NOA1 (The one I sent to Vermont...Ugh)

3-2-2007 Sent to Vermont

3-6-2007 Went to "Satelitte Center" to talk about having 2 I-129Fs

3-7-2007 Touch

We're still waiting also. AOS/Choice of agent is for cr1 applications not k3. Did you get your hardcopy noa2 yet?

Last thing I got was a letter telling the had recieved the application. But no instructions..

Just got our packet 3 today. It's just a checklist of items to prepare and a letter inside that we mail back to get our interview date. The consulate says they received our info from NVC on the 15th so it took 6 days to go from NVC to consulate, then 3 days for the consulate to get our packet to us.

I'm not sure if it helped or not, but I emailed them last week with our NVC case number to see if it had arrived. You could try that.
