Your NOA2 is from the same date as ours and we also got out NVC number around that day. Our cases are going to be AT NVC for at least about two weeks because NVC sends petitons to embassies in batches every OTHER WEEK. We have just missed this weeks batch, it was send on Tuesday. So if your case got a number assigned later that day, you will have to wait for the next batch, which should happen some time around Tuesday 16th or Wednesday 17th. You will very likely get no update email from NVC unless you asked them to email you updates. Also, those six steps are for immigrant visa and even though they have k1 under that section, it is a non-immigrant visa and you don't have to do anything but sit tight and wait until your CAEC trackers says "ready" = at your embassy 🤗

Oh, I wish I could help you with that one, each embassy is different, some just email your Packet 3, some actually mail it. Maybe try to ask here? 😉
