i-693 expiration and more

I haven't sent in my AOS application yet because I'm working on my forms still. I have 2 more rounds of vaccinations to do (hep A+B need 3 rounds, a month apart each) and only then I can schedule and attend my medical exam.

I understand that you don't have to send the AOS application with form i-693, so if I go that route and send it without, before I get all the vaccinations done (in 2 months): what is the deadline for me to send it in?

Also, I'm getting my vaccinations from the Public Health Department for free and have it all written down of course, will the civil surgeon require more than one appointment because I didn't get the vaccinations done by him?

Will there be an extra cost (aside from the $1760) if I don't send the form with the rest of the application?

Deadline is to get it done before the interview.

No extra cost. You can just bring the I-693 with you to the interview.

For me, I didn't have to make more than one appointment with the civil surgeon, I just showed the vaccination record to the nurse. So, check with the surgeon you want to go to, and ask the details.

As far as I know, you don't have to do the full round of vaccinations before the medical exam.

I would not do the medical yet. It will only be valid for a year, so with the current processing times you might end up having to do it again. Wait until you have your interview date.
