It's tasty, healthy and cheap! (they don't use onions or garlic for some strange reason).

Sure but I still like the onion and garlic. The Indian gal I dated back in the days never cooked w/o onions or garlic. She used the pictured stuff too. And lots of other stuff I didn't even know existed. She was a mean cook. Among other things...
