My wife (usc) and I recently had a interview in Montgomery. The IO was not very nice. At first he came off as professional but stern. Our interviewed lasted several hours. He questioned my wife about our marriage. He kept trying to get my wife to explain why she was with a guy from Jamaica. From the beginning he felt our marriage was not a real marriage. It was a bad experience for her. He told her that she could go to jail and our kids would be taken from us because we was committing immigration fraud. He asked her how much I pay her to be with me. She told him nothing over and over.  We are really in love, have know each other for 11 years and married for almost 2 years. I am so upset at how he treated my wife and me. Who do I report this to?

im not sure theres a way to report it. Some officers are more .. abrasive than others. Assuming your relationship evidence was solid, you don't have much to worry about.

And, as sad as it is, if you are in an interracial relationship well.... Montgomery is pretty deep in the South and there are still a lot of people with prejudices against that... so it may have been a personal bias of his, but still nothing that can result in a denial.
