My AOS application reached the Chicago lockbox on April 26th and I recieved NOA for both I-485 and EAD on May 4th. I have not recieved the biometrics letter till today and I am really starting to get worried. Has anyone faced a similar situation? What did you'll do in this situation?

Regards,

Rishi.

I never received my biometrics appointment. I called the 1-800 number, I had an Infopass, and all they could tell me was "We don't schedule biometrics so quickly, you have to wait at least 6 months". Of course it is a bunch of bull, but I didn't want to argue. I finally received my bio appt. two weeks before my interview was scheduled, and it came from the local office, not from Chicago.

Filed AOS from F-1
Green Card approved on 01/04/07
Conditions removed 01/29/09

Citizenship Oath 08/23/12
