Yeah, we shared this info... even talked about past experiences a bit. Numbers wise I have him beat. It doesn't make me jealous thinking of people he's slept with - the only thing I really don't like to hear about is stuff about his ex-girlfriend.

Really I have nothing to be jealous of - we have eachother now!

If you really didn't care then you wouldn't ask

Was he cool with the fact that you have been with more people?

Of course I was cool with that why on earth wouldnt I be?

Why should I be jealous of somebody he hasn't seen in over a decade? Or even the girl he was engaged to before me who chickened out of their long-distance relationship when things got serious... I would only care if he had a history of hurting women, or if he was a philanderer with a girl in every port. He didn't hurt these women - for various reasons, they hurt HIM.

I knew about the (few) recent women but I didn't really want to know about the ones in the distant past. He's almost ten years older than me, so of course he had partners long before me - he was sexually active while I was still in primary school! He insisted on telling me far more than I wanted to know about them, but we don't talk about it any more - he felt I should know before I committed to him.

Well I knew him pretty well for a long time before we became a couple...lets just say I asked for a full sexual health exam before I slept with him....

And.....previous sexual partners don't bother me...as long as I knew he wasn't passing any thing onto me the rest is irrelevent..

I don't care how many or who they were before I ever met him... after all I too had a life before him... though I would not be so cool if they are anywhere near him now...

Paul and I met on the Bazaar on the 14th January (he joined my progressive rock forum that day)

July 3rd he flew to England to meet me

We fell in love while he drove all over the place coz I cannot read maps (we were supposed to go to Ingleton - but touched Darlington 4 times, Pierce Bridge 6 times, Scotch Corner twice and Bernard Castle twice and we never did make it to Ingleton)

It has been so long and so much has happened in between...

Arrived in Houston on October 29th 2006

Married 17th November 2006

Lost my father 8th January 2007 (all dates are a blur after this)

Conditional Green Card dated 24th October 2007

Absolutely. And let me tell you...I worked in the *ahem* adult entertainment industry* to put myself through college-if he ever wanted to know, there's plenty of evidence for him to see.

Neither of us particularly cares what happened in the other's past. It's the present and the future that matters. I do get the occasional twinge of jealousy when we discuss one of his exes, but since both of us agree that the other is by far and away the best we've ever had, I can easily ignore them when they come up.

Sure, we talked about it! Reminiscing can sometimes be kinda hot. And while I do get jealous sometimes, I am rarely ever jealous of the past -- I mean, those relationships ended *for a reason* and those flings were, well, just flings! Why would I be jealous of women he knew before me, women that he actively decided he wouldn't spend the rest of his life with?

it was a non issue for us because both of us had never slept with anyone before each other....

I hadn't even really kissed a guy before I met him

He only had kissed one or two girls before me ... and it does bother me a little that I wasn't the first girl he kissed but I am the only one he is kissing now, so what does it matter :D
