So I just checked my case online and it shows that as of today they scheduled an interview for me and I will receive a mail about it. How long does it take for you to get the mail? How long until the interview as in, Will the date be like in a month period or couple months? How long until the document gets posted?

You should get the online version of the letter fairly soon, EOD today or tomorrow morning.

What would I need to take? Tax papers? Travel proof?

I brought my Driver’s License, Green Card, and expired Passport.

The officer looked at all three.

I applied based on my 5 year residency.

I applied based on 5 years residency as well. Would the letter say specifically what I would have to take? Or would there be things that I would have to take that is implied but not on the letter per say? Like I don't know um... Pay stubs? or something random that you'd never think you would have to take? I am so nervous.

Yes the letter would say what to bring specifically. Whatever doc you submitted online, the originals must be brought to the interview.

Okay, thanks a bunch.

I didn’t submit copies of my tax returns online so I guess that’s why the officer didn’t ask for it. I didn’t bring it either on the interview. It is not listed a requirement on the notice.

Proof of selective service is listed (if applicable).

I am so nervous for this interview. How did you guys prepare for the interview? What should I expect? Can you all please share any helpful advise, info, tips anything at all to help me calm my nerves and be prepare for the interview?

I traveled  out of the US earlier this month, what proof do I show of that?

I worked a seasonal job my 1st year here for like 3 months but I did not put that on the application because I thought it was just 3 months it wouldn't matter but now I am regretting that, what proof should I take for that?

I did work study at my college and I did not put that either, what proof should I take for that?

Do I need to walk with pay stubs? Or anything else that is not on the interview letter?

What was the interview like for you guys?

PLEASE HELP!!!!

First things first, relax, it's not as bad as you're making it out to be in your head.

Just make sure you know the answers to the 100 questions, can spell and read. I hardly got questions about my relationship, and actually had small talk with the officer about the protests in Hong Kong. He looked at my height and saw it was 5,8 in my driver's, 5'9 in my application and got that corrected,. He took my latest taxes, and asked if I had anything else, I brought my marriage certificate which he didn't look at, and didn't look at my passports. I said everything else I submitted online.

He gave me a piece of paper that said he needs more time before approval, but mentioned its because he needs to view other people's cases before me and he was just slightly behind. He said I'd be getting a notification within 2 weeks, I got an approval 4 days later.
