Customer service guy told me 90 days. I asked them, where online can i see this information. But he wasn't able to tell me. I can find online where they talk about 120 days but that is the time to make a decision on your case after your interview.

Im kind in a weird spot. my 90 days will be June 11, but my https://myaccount.uscis.dhs.gov/ account says estimated time is 13 days, which is June 17.

I made an infopass for June 18 so i can get an extension stamp in my passport because my status expires July 14.

I had an infopass apt. last month and the guy was like "oh you should definitely be scheduled before then".

So yea.. Hopefully they can identify the problem this time around at the infopass and scheduled me.

Below is what I read when i was in line for oath ceremony after the approval. If your status is in line for oath ceremony and still haven't got any update, then I believe you can follow up after 45 days. Hope this helps.

Naturalization Applicants: you will receive your certificate at your oath ceremony. You can expect to be scheduled for an oath ceremony within 45 days of receiving your recommended approval. Many offices schedule approved applicants for the oath ceremony on the same day as the day of the interview. Please check the local office profile page on our website to determine if the office where you will be interviewed schedules same day oath ceremonies.

Yea I have followed up.

They told me to wait atleast 90 days before raising an inquiry.

It will be soon now I think for me.

What is just frustrating for me is when they say "Your application information has been entered into the system which schedules applicants for oath ceremonies. Oath ceremony appointments are scheduled as slots become available."

Slots become available and then people approved after me get scheduled. So yea I am not sure how this all works. Its definitely not working how it should though :P I dont think USCIS likes me or my case has fell into the garbage.

I agree haha! I saw one post somewhere on another forum where someone else also waited a very very very long time for their Oath and what their local office ended up doing was calling their cell directly and told them to come in the next day for an Oath if they wanted to do that.

I'd be down for that but I kind of just want to get scheduled so i know my application isnt collecting dust somewhere.

Today marks exactly 5 weeks after my interview. I got a text saying interview scheduled. So waiting on letter to find out the date.

It depends on the your city/state, your personal case, and your officer. Nompish and I will have our ceremony on the same day (different time slot though), but she had her interview 3 or 4 weeks before mine (she also applied way before me) at the same office. My oath is about 5 weeks post interview. Some people have it a week or two later or even the same day. My city doesn't do that. Some people know their date at the interview, my city doesn't even tell you if you application was approved or not during your interview. Some states have more ceremonies than others. Some states have larger ceremonies than others. Some states have more of a backlog. And some people are just unlucky, like Needforcoffee who has been waiting for nearly 3 months while others in his state had oath ceremonies with later interview date than hers.... So yea, there is no rhyme or reason! The best you can do is to look up recent cases in your city to come up with a prediction.
