No, there are San Diego filers in here who have had their oaths already and were approved AFTER me :P when you bring this up to USCIS they just respond with "every case is handled differently"

wow the audacity of that response from USCIS...i mean why not give us RFEs then if they are still not satisfied enough to move our cases to completion?

Yea I'm not sure. I think your supervisor just needs to pick up your case, process it and put it in the Oath Scheduling queue. I don't think you will get RFE. They just need to look at it. If they approved your I-751. It would just not make sense to be skeptical of your N-400. Im 100000% sure your case is sitting on a desk somewhere. Mine was too. I was just lucky they got to in 2 weeks.

USCIS has 120 days to give you a decision on your N-400 AFTER you have your interview and so worst case scenario. you have 120 days to find out.

I just had my interview in Milwaukee. I passed the naturalization exam, but he gave me a sheet that says that they can't make a decision this time. He said he first has to approve my I-751 case and then my N-400. He said he has everything he needs to approve both, but if he doesn't, he will let me know... He said he will likely be able to review and everything today, but if not, within this week, but I should hear something at least within a month... What? Pretty contradictory. During the interview he basically wanted to see my passport, state ID, and green card (not the extension letter). He didn't even care to see my husband's ID and I basically have to force our recent tax form (2018) and renewed lease on him... He went through all the questions in the N-400 and did the reading/written/civics test. I honestly can't even remember the questions anymore, one was the capital of the US, but I don't remember the other 5.... Uh, I wish Milwaukee was as smooth with combined cases as other cities/states. I really hope he looks through this today and approves both soon and we can proceed...

Well, the Interview must have set some things in motion, because now my wife's I-751 status says Card is Being Produced, and her N-400 status says she's in line to be scheduled for the Oath Ceremony. :)

So, quick question for people who were approved for removal of conditions and citizenship so close together - did you actually receive your 10 year green card, or did they skip it and just schedule the oath right away?  If you did get the card, how long did it take between your case been approved and your receipt of the card?  I'm still a little worried because her current extension letter expires in the beginning of July, so we reeeallly want that green card ASAP...

I interviewed on 4/29 and in a week I got the 10 year green card. N400 said approved initially but now says case submitted for quality review. After emailing them they responded that I’m in like to be scheduled for oath. These two systems seem to give different updates.

I mean, if it was just the n-400, I think I would be less frustrated, but we've been waiting for the ROC for a year and a half now...my extension letter is expiring in about a month too

So my mom and her husband became citizens 2.5 yrs ago. She says that they had their interview on the same day (separate interviews though cuz they had separate applications), she got her oath letter in a week and he had to wait over a 3 weeks. Her oath ceremony was a month after her interview, while her husband's was 2 weeks after her, 6 weeks after the interview... They were on the H1B-green card track though, so maybe that's different...but she didn't manage to make me feel better. They have 2 dates each months with 3 ceremonies on each date...

My I751 shows that a new card is being produced since last night. But there is no update on my I400, it doesn't even say that I attended my interview, just that 'you interview is scheduled'. Hopefully, the online system is just slow or he took a break and will finish my application today.... I can't help but feel despair at this point.

I have been waiting 2 months and 1 day today. USCIS customer service told me 90 days is the potential time to wait. I am sure you will get yours soon! Good lucK!
