I finally have my interview scheduled for tomorrow at 8am in Charlotte NC. I will update everyone how it goes and what questions are asked. Hoping for a same day Oath ceremony as well. Wishing everyone the best of luck!

Is is just for n400 or a combo of n400 and i751?

It went by so fast. My interview questions were ( not in order)

1. Vice President of the US now

2. Why did the colonists stay in the US

3. Name one war fought in the 1800

4. What territory did the US purchase from France in 1803?

5. Who makes Federal laws

6. What is the highest court in the US?

Then the written and reading test.

Scheduled for Oath Ceremony on Thursday at 9am.

Hope this helps! Good luck everyone!

Hey guys. My husband applied for his citizenship and had his biometrics on oct 1, 2018.  It seems a lot of people are getting their interviews or have had their interviews already but we have not had any action on his case since biometrics. We are coming up on 7 months now on May 1 and we have not heard anything yet. I check his case status every few days and it still says we are actively reviewing your case. He does have a dismissed charge from over 5 years ago and a pending charge for simple property damage that happened After he applied for his n400🤦🏻‍♀️ Any advice? If he gets his charge closed and taken care of before interview should he be ok at his interview and still pass?? My mind is always going in circles wondering and worrying. We just want to be done with all of this!

From what state? And if it's still within the timeframe shown on your USCIS account, for them it's still normal processing.

So, found out at my local social security office today, that you cannot update  your status without the original citizenship certificate.

I brought a copy, because the passport office currently has the original.

Another plus for expediting your passport application if you want to get your Social Security updated and squared away as soon as possible.

I wasn’t too sure, so thought I’d give it a try.  Hopefully I’ll have my passport in the next couple of weeks and will try again. 😊

Hi Everyone, I have been following this thread for long time so here is my experience about today n400 interview.

So me and my wife went to interview today morning for n400 with pending i 751 . IO decline to take my n400 interview and told me to come back june for my i751 interview. I was hoping combo interview but he said they don’t have IO for i 751 interview so I could not able to do my interview today. So i am again on waiting game.

So i have question, Do anyone else had same experience? Should I worried? Or its just normal ?  Thank you and plz reply me back

So sorry to hear that. My wife and I had our combo interview today in Charlotte, NC and the officer did and approved both. Which city and state did you have yours in?
