Hello everyone, I am filing the N400 online and hoping to be an October filer. It was going smoothly and I was uploading evidence, but now all of the sudden in the "Evidence about your marriage" is not letting me upload anything! It was working fine 5minutes prior. I thought maybe there was a max amount of files I could upload, so I deleted one that I had already uploaded, but now it's not letting me re-upload it. All my files are under 6MB. If I upload them to a different section ("Additional evidence you want to provide" for example) it works. Has anyone else had this issue?

Thank you.

Are they colored scanned documents?  Maybe you still need to resize the documents and also save your application and try signing out then signing in again.

Mine were less than 3MB -15 attachments (black & white)and had no problem.

Thank you for your help dahlia0811. I double checked and they were not colored. I had tried to sign in and out several times, changed browsers, etc. Nothing was working. I ended up calling support who told me to restart my computer and call back if it didn't work. It didn't work, I called again . Anyway, long story short, after deleting all the documents and reuploading them, it looks like you cannot upload more than 5 documents under the section. It would be nice if that was written on the website or if support had told me that.  Now I just have to consolidate my marriage evidence in 5 files that are each under 6MB. :)

Hey. nothing complicated just to quickly going through your feed it is better to upload documents online. this will help the officer to make a decision faster . I just filed today and uploaded over 55 documents and then I'll take them with me for an interview . as well as new evidence of living together . Everything's going to be OK. familiar filed online and received citizenship 92 days after filing

Can I ask what was included in those documents? We have a lot of evidence of our marriage (rent history, mutual bills, mutual bank accounts & cc-s, pictures, few examples of travel/tickets, I am debating on sending letters written by friends as I did for the GC and ROC, and of course our marriage certificate), but it is nowhere near 55, we literally sent in everything we had for the previous (GC and ROC) applications too...but 55 sounds crazy

I checked here on visajourney and most of Milwaukee Online filers showed 7-11 months processing time. So i am hopeful that its not 18 months cos that would really suck. I am sure the PT will change as soon as i get biometrics completed

7 - 11 would be WAY better. my birthday is in June and it is my dream to be a citizen by then. It's a huge stretch but one can hope...
Though I know several people who became citizens this or last year (some through marriage and some through work) and it took over 1 year for all of them... :(

eeeek! But Wisconsin is so small i dont even understand why Milwaukee's processing times are so long. In terms of USCIS data they had about 4591 pending N-400s by the end of March. And that to me isnt a lot compared to major cities.

But the office will be smaller, too. Unless you know something like the average caseload per worker, just the number of cases doesn’t really tell you much.  I think that the relatively recent update to the AOS interview waivers (some categories can no longer be waived) is adding to caseloads everywhere too and slowing everything down.
