what to wait? today I went to my interview . I went alone without a wife . I was one of the first. I went into the office and swore to tell the truth. then I was asked how I met my wife . what we do for a living . then I was asked 6 easy questions about America, then asked to write one simple sentence . after that the officer said that I had all the documents and did not take any new documents that I brought with me. and he said I had two cases. and he has no right to make any decision and he needs to talk to the supervisor. and he printed me a piece of paper. where it says that I passed the citizenship test and need to wait for a response by mail . now I'm really worried. who knows what will happen next?

Yeah, it's all in my signature. Around 21 Dec my I-751 was transferred from CSC to NBC. My N400 interview is scheduled for 12 March, and I'm getting interviewed for my GC approval at the same time.

In December, after my I-751 was transferred, I called USCIS and was told both my cases had been sent to NBC for processing. When I got my N400 interview notice but nothing on my GC, I sent the inquiry to ask what the status was. Today I got a response in the mail advising the combi interview.

Really on the same boat in that case... I'll submit the case inquiry in a few days as well. Thanks!

I have no updates on my N-400.

However, on January 11th I got a message that my ROC was transferred to another center and a week later I got a letter stating that it was transferred to Texas. However, I just got another message regarding my ROC that on January 30th my case was transferred to my local office. My local office is in Milwaukee, but it doesn't specify it. Obviously, I haven't received a letter yet.

Has anyone got this? Two transfers? Is it a bug? Or for real? I am hoping this means they sent my files here so I can get a double ROC/N-400 interview....

(I actually only applied for N-400 in early Nov. I qualified to apply on Oct. 30th but it was so busy and I was a few days late...I am sticking to this group though as I am 'almost October' and the November group is very quite lol.)

@GoodbyeGirl

I got one of those email updates today.

We are still reviewing your case and there are no updates at this time. We will notify you when your case status changes. We last took action on your case on January 17, 2019.

This is the day my N-400\I-751 Interview got scheduled.

I guess you will recieve one soon too, if you have not already.

I'm wondering if maybe since we waited so long for these updates, it meant that they were actually working on our cases (scheduling interviews).

Anyway, if there is someone else out there who is also wondering why they are no longer getting these email updates.

It could just mean they are working on your case :D

Good luck everyone!

That sounds promising!

You could try submitting an online inquiry to find out if your cases will be adjudicated at the same time.

Good to see you! @NeedMoreCoffee set us all straight on his gender last week. :) I think mine is a giveaway from my username, but as long as I'm getting useful information and support here, I don't really mind what anyone thinks. I just want positive news on my i-751/N400.

Been working out some dates and if things go my way, I could be attending an oath ceremony on 19 April.  Then it's voter registration, passport and a trip to social security to update my record - that one is a 10 day wait after the ceremony.

Keep warm!

I am so motivated to vote you have no idea! and this from a person who has never ever cast a ballot before even for student reps at Uni hahahah...lol!

If my local office stays true to form i should get an interview letter by month 5! just saw an August 31 filer who got one exactly on month 5 like the previous 10 or so i have seen. So am hopeful end of March or early April i will hear something, am not holding out for anything in the next month .

I just got off from my interview.!!!!  I got a pending roc and n400. I do got a letter for n400 but not for the i-751, however they have my application with them at the interview and they made me a combined interview...!

My appointment was at 11:15 but they call me in at 11:30 and it almost last 1hr, she explain me everything and we proceeded to the removal of conditions first, then she ask me if I wanted to add any more evidence  to the case and I handed some papers that I bought for her. Later she told me that everything looks fine and said that she will recommend my petition for aproval but she has to do it in another computer later one, then we moved to the n400 aplication asked me 6 out of the 10 questions. And then was informed that I passed the test and and that everything was fine.!

She gave me a paper that i pass the citizenship interview and informed me to expect the oath ceremony no before than march. And that was it so now just wait for the ceremony appointment..!!!

Note mi wife went with me to the interview but she wasn’t call at all.!

I apply for:

i-751  july/16/17 with no biometrics taken or anything from them since then.!

N400 october/21/18 biometrics taken on november/17/18, interview February/1/19
