EB1A London - Should I choose different embassy?

Hi all,

 

ive heard that there have been issued with London’s Embassy being particularly difficult with O1 and EB1A applications and almost readjudicating them at the interview. My immigration lawyer suggests I perhaps go to a different embassy for interview such as Dublin. How can you elect a new embassy for interview/ does anyone else have experience with the above?

You can move to Ireland, and establish residency there. Then Dublin will be your embassy. If you already have a case file in London, you have to get Dublin to agree to accept your case and request the file from London. London has to send the file, then you can set up an interview.

Do you/anyone know the process of how to action this assuming Ive already submitted my ds260 and documents (not yet received case complete) and my visa catagory is currently not current (but should be soon)? Where do I need to contact/what documentation do I need to submit ?
