My husband had his biometrics taken September 14th and it still shows on USCIS "finger print fee received" not just the app but the website itself. In the past it was always good about updating. Does this mean his biometrics still aren't in the system? How long does that typically take? Just a little concerned....

My husbands status said "finger print fee received" until it updated to "interview is scheduled".  So there was no change between them accepting the file and the interview being scheduled.  He got his green card last December and his status still says "interview is scheduled".  So I don't think the updates change too often. lol.  Hope you hear back soon but I wouldn't sweat it too much. :)

Have you heard any updates yet? Cause I'm on the same boat as you are. My biometrics was in Oct 4, and it still shows "Finger print fee was received" on USCIS. I'm so nervous.

No, but I do search about once a week and there's so many close to my case number that still show "case was received" or "fingerprint ready to schedule". I think as long as you got your NOA and you did your biometrics when scheduled you''' be fine. There system just sucks unfortunately so we're kinda in the dark. We're on day 92 since my husband's EAD shows "case was received". We're just trying to be as patient as we can in the situation. I personally expect ours to come sometime in December or early January (fingers crossed it's before the end of the year).

If I get any updates I'll reply back to this put to let you know. Good luck in your journey!

Don't be too nervous. USCIS has terrible online system. Somebody gets updates but some just doesn't. It's normal.

They really do.

I just wish they would do better at keeping us informed because it already feels like we're so in the dark. I suspect we'll only be notified by mail.

Some people still have their status on fingerprint fee was received at the date of their interview, I agree with the other members, the USCIS case status system is not reliable, don't worry about it, I'm sure it is processing.

OMG! Congrats. I hope mine will change soon. It’s so frustrating to check and still show “finger print fee was received”.

I know that's what ours showed for a long time. I mean I am excited because I know it's one step closer but I'm still nervous because there's no telling when they will get it scheduled. It could be next month...it could be a year from now. We just don't know and I hate that uncertainty.

I really feel you. If you have any updates, let me know. I wish you will know the interview date soon 😊
