Hello,

Does any one knows what does the item 26 A on Affidavit of support form is referring to? It asks: " I have submitted visa petition(s) to USCIS on behalf of the following persons. If none write none. Does this refers to the beneficiary for whom I am currently applying or does it mean to ask If I have previously submitted any visa petition?

Yes could someone also help me? I DID file a petition for my ex-husband as well, so would I have to put him on this line? Also do you think it might be a red flag for them if you have petitioned more than one time?
