Scan Horizontally for NVC

Hi,

 

I received a message from NVC to re-scan birth certificate and passport so that it is read horizontally. Did anyone get this message and if so, how long did it take NVC to re-review everything?

hi, i dont know the answe to your question. but you might could help me. In how much time did the nvc received your case since  uscie approved your case? i really hope you find the answer to your question, and that you can answer me as well  good luck

Hi,

 

After USCIS approved our case on 8/3, it reached NVC on 8/21. On 9/13 NVC emailed me with my case number. On 9/19 all documents were submitted and uploaded. On 9/28 they asked me to re-scan birth certificate and passport.  They're pretty quick.

Did you have to add a particular file, so they send you the notificacion to you Email? instead of mail it?

They sent me an email to check my CEAC messages. When I logged in I saw their messages. I saw Incomplete next to where I was supposed to upload documents. I clicked replace and uploaded.
