Next Process Advice

So my fiance and I have just been approved and are currently waiting for our "official letter" to come in the mail. The question I have is if anyone knows exactly what the next process entails. I know he will need to go for a medical and  vaccinations, and I have looked online at the requirements and pricing. I am confused as it states that adults are one price, but that during flu season they are another. Does that mean we would have to pay the original fee on top of the additional for the flu shot? Also is the medical physical included in the initial price listed for vaccinations or is there a separate fee for the physical?  Also if anyone knows the financial aspect of what this next step is - just so we can get a head start on making sure we have that part set aside and ready. Any  help or feedback is appreciated. I will provide the website link with the information pertaining to the pricing of vaccines.

Thank You in advance :)

How I understand it is there is a general fee for adults that includes the physical poriton, + any vaccines they need, +during flu season they will have to get a flu shot. So for my husband we are looking at $285 + $158 for vaccines based on his age & flu season =$443. He is going to call and confirm. Link below is a chart based off of age and vaccines required.

I was told there is a public hospital where you can get the vaccinations for free. It just has to be a week before the medical exam. They are particular about this, it could save you the 158.

Do you happen to know where this hospital is? Is this in Santo Domingo perhaps? Normally the vaccines arnt to much but beings he will be coming here during flu season he is required to obtain a flu shot as well which is an additional fee on top of the already priced vaccines.
