cutting off your A/C won't really cut your gasoline consumption.

You have got to be kidding me. When A/C is on, my car consumes 20-30% more gas (tested.)

Should've bought a Honda. :P j/k

Hmmm...I know that Mythbusters also tested this myth and it got busted. What kind of car you got?

I seem to recall them re-doing it and confirming it. I love that show. Adam is a sex beast.

is he the bald one with the smallest cap?

Peace to All creatures great and small............................................

But when we turn to the Hebrew literature, we do not find such jokes about the donkey. Rather the animal is known for its strength and its loyalty to its master (Genesis 49:14; Numbers 22:30).

He's the more verbally flamboyant one, but I wouldn't go as far as calling him a sex beast.

I don't see the point of saving a few pennies to put my wife and family through hell-firing heat and the humidity of the summer in Philly and the Northeast. Keep the windows up and blast the cold sweet air conditioner.

I don't the point of correcting other's driving habit because: There are two types of drivers speeder and snailer! BUT speeders are "Look at that maniac" and snailers are "Look at this idiot"! You are the most tolerable driver on the road compare to everyone else!

I don't see the point of putting cheap gas in a good car, hoping to save a few bucks when it was perfectly OK to buy an expensive car but not treat it right! The truth is, the difference between Regular and Premium works about to be about $2-3 different!

I don't see the point of buying a tiny little car so your hold family will be cramped up inside just for the sake of efficiency!

I don't sacrifice my personal comfort for any ridiculous idealist!

Stop whining about gas price, nobody makes a change in their driving pattern, nor they will stop driving. I love my cars and SUV. So what it's $5/gal, tell me if you have a choice between driving or walking.

I must agree with consolemaster, take out the junk in your trunk which reminds me I need to get the fireproof safe out of my SUV today. It's been in there for a week now. Look at all the gas I've been wasting. Oh well, the safe is too heavy for me to carry in the house by myself, it can wait until Sat.

I don't know if I'm all up for re-cranking my engine every time I stop for more than 1min. I like to cool off my car in the summer for when Kim gets inside the car, it's nice! I also like to have the car "preheat" nice and toasty in the winter. There goes my saving, again!

The bottom line is: nobody will give up the comfort to save a few bucks. Personally, it's not worth it to me!

I've been following these discussions, and I um, have saved a bit of gas. Little lighter on the pedals, and it seems I still get the same place at the same time as everyone else. Strange  I do alot of in town driving, and it has made a difference, and definitely forget that air conditioning. Highway though, I'm going!!!!!!

Lady, people aren't chocolates. Do you know what they are mostly? Bastards. ####### coated bastards with ####### filling. But I don't find them half as annoying as I find naive bobble-headed optimists who walk around vomiting sunshine.
