I haven't received my NOA letter yet either. I only know it was received because of the text.  I haven't been able to see my case status online until today either.  It lists my case received as 10/12/18 even though I didn't get the text till the 15th. Supposedly they mailed my letter, but I haven't seen it yet. We also changed our address after mailing our packet, which I'm sure will only complicate things....I didn't want to wait until after we moved to send the packet though, as it would be too close to when his green card expired.

Hello guys,

 

I'm a new member here. Good to find a group of fellow October filers. We took our own sweet time to send out our application :) (thought we could have sent it anytime after July 20, 2018). Anyhow, our application was received on 10/15 and checks cashed on 10/19. Got a text this morning with the WAC number. So far so good. Will keep you guys posted. Let the games begin :)

 

BTW, I have a question: how do I add my timeline to the signature below? It's easy for all to see. Thanks

I think it's when you go to your profile (see picture) and then enter information in the field "Our story". I just tried to do it myself, so if it appears in this reply, it'll work for you too! 

 

Update: Ok that didn't work, so there must be a different way to add a signature.

Hi i am october 20 filer my name is Bruno and i sent out my wife's package through USPS on 20th and was delivered on 22nd.My question is why did usps delivery the mail to Po box ending on 75260 instead of 75266 that i used.Thanks

When I tracked mine SRC receipt it says On 18 October we accept your application and message to wait for the NOA, it said further that if I don't receive the NOA now till Nov 17,I should contact the stated phone number. I guess mine still stays in Texas, I wonder how long it's gonna take for them to get it processed.

Not to worry about that, I asked same question, but USPS reroute some deliveries meant for P.O Box as instructed by those Box holders. Mine was meant for that 75260 but was delivered and signed for at 75266. It just went fine, I got a text and got the receipt #....so calm down...

You actually need to send the real color pictures, they don't accept photocopy of pictures, unfortunately it got to be the real pictures. Also, please make sure you don't send it earlier, wait for your 90 days before sending to avoid rejection and your package been sent back to you....best of luck

Hey i dont that is true about rejecting colored photocopy pictures.i myself sent out about 15 paper colored pictures.

Seconded. I do not think this is correct. First of all, pictures are not even required for ROC, but can help the case. The difference between printing the pictures on regular letter size paper and standard (4x6) photo paper is obviously the quality and the fact that the pictures can easily be misplaced once they open the package. By printing the pictures on regular letter size paper everything stays together. 

Also for AOS I submitted pictures the same way - on regular size letter without any Issues.
