I filed I-751 application in October last year. I received a letter in May saying that the fingerprint appointment was waived as they already had my biometric information. On USCIS status page, it still shows "Fingerprint Fee Was Received" and that they received my application. The May 2019 update was the only letter I received. It says it takes 14-19 months for the application to be processed from date it was received.

I know not everyone uses the table, so I will ask. Except for GREENGEM was anyone else approved? 

I checked the August 2018 filers forum and it looks like some of them have been approved! So we might start seeing approvals here in about 2 months, I guess.

Another update. While I received a letter in May saying that my biometrics appointment was waived, I received another letter recently for biometrics appt so I had my biometrics appointment a few days ago. 

 

When I check on https://egov.uscis.gov the website still says that my fingerprint fee was received as of October 2018. "On October... , we accepted the fingerprint fee for your Form I-751, Petition to Remove Conditions on Residence, Receipt Number... Our California Service Center location is working on your case. We mailed you a notice describing how we will process your case." Some mentioned the new website on https://myeverify.uscis.gov but I can't seem to find where to put my receipt number there. It seems not under track my case because the format of the input is different.

 

As someone mentioned some August filers already got approved. What do you all think are the chances of getting the conditions removed still this year? I know the processing times is estimated to be 14-19 months which could extend it well into 2020, but May filers seem to have gotten their conditions removed, which if speed is maintained could mean December for us.

The https://myeverify.uscis.gov website asks for your name addresses, and that you are giving them permission (a 3rd party) to check your credit report ANd give them your social security #...that sounds fishy to me

This is hosted on a subdomain on the official uscis.gov website, however, so even though I agree it sounds fishy, it comes from USCIS. Additionally, if you log on to https://myaccount.uscis.gov/ it also shows the e-verify at the bottom as an option. And I figured out how to add case number via https://myaccount.uscis.gov/. It just says though "We received your case You do not need to do anything at this time."

That website is used by employers and individuals to find out if they are authorized to work in the US. That's why it needs your social and asks for all that information before it divulges sensitive information. It's a legitimate website run by DHS. I used it a couple years ago to prove to an employer that I was allowed to work in the US.

Yes, I finally figured it out that it is legal, etc.

 

Still waiting for any kind of notification that my wife's fingerprints were taken July 2, nada on any status page.

Date of I-751 = The Date you sent your application.

Added us to the list for Nebraska Service Center.

This is our current status according to USCIS Case Status Online:

As of July 9, 2019, we completed our review of your fingerprints and are working on your Form I-751, Petition to Remove Conditions on Residence, Receipt Number LINxxxxxxxxxx, at our Nebraska Service Center location. We will let you know if we make a decision or need anything from you.

 

Hope this means that approval is around the corner. We've been interviewed at all other stages so I hope that we can skip that this time and just get the 10 year card. Our naturalization window is coming up at the end of August and debating whether or not to submit that petition at the earliest time (even if ROC is not approved yet) or waiting for the approval since it seems close. I've read many forums on that topic. I am still unsure just because of how close we seem to be for just getting the 10 year card approved.
