Ha, looks like I never updated my NOA-1 date. Sorry guys. Getting a liiiittle nervous about not having heard anything yet, but I guess it looks like us CSC friends are hit or miss. Vermont is the place to be I guess? 

 

Also, preeetty sure we are actually Nebraska Service Center? We have an LIN number. Not sure how that got messed up.

Biometric appointments are scheduled based upon set protocol related to each application/petition and/or their associated processing times.  You will be scheduled for and notified of an appointment at the appropriate time.
 
We hope this information is helpful to you.
 
At this point I have resigned myself to just waiting. If i hear nothing by September then i will begin to worry.

Yep, I got the same reply twice in 4 months. At this point I am not going to try again. Hopefully will see some movement.

 

I will be eligible for Citizenship on 10/29/2019 and I am considering applying as soon as I am eligible.

That's interesting. I will be eligible September 5th but though it might be wise to wait for the i751 to get processed first. Have you looked at whether it's a better idea to wait for I751 or if it would just be better to go for citizenship directly? Just wondering how you came to that conclusion.

I don't know about that.  Vermont seems to be faster than CSC with biometrics, but slower with approvals by a month or two if you look at some of the older threads.

In order for them to adjudicate the N400 they will have to adjudicate I-751 first.

 

Most likely our I-751 are just collecting dust now, but applying for citizenship will get someone to look at the I-751. 

There are a ton a people that applied.

 

I will see where I am at in October. Not sure if I will go this route, just yet.

I'm on team N400 soon too, will be eligible to apply this coming week! I started completing the online application yesterday. Our attorney had recommended applying as soon as I'm eligible, so that as soon as the ROC gets adjudicated, the N400 can also move forward too with the possibility to be bundled together just like the people in the thread alexpop13 referenced. Plus who doesn't want to be able to do their new civic duty in 2020 if they can help it? :P

Kind of a bummer my husband hasn’t really shown any interest in applying for citizenship, so if there is a sort of “nudge” that happens when you send in your N400, it’s not something we will be able to benefit from. 

 

The rest of our immigration journey went so quickly and smoothly, I definitely got spoiled and now patience is hard.

Anyone else is still having the status of "Fingerprint Fee Was Received" since the application in October? Mine has stayed that way and I didn't any notification of them reusing my bio-metrics, or anything, for that matter.

Same here. Case status is showing Fingerprint fee received and USCIS account is showing Case received and second Fingerprint fee received. Nothing else. No Bio , no additional action. It is "waiting" time for us. Just reading the forums from different months here on VJ.
