I submitted the one that says "did not receive notice by mail" twice already and I always get the same reply: my case is being processed and it will take what it has to take haha. I think it's kind of pointless... we just have to wait.

LOL.

I sent one in January, I just sent another one now. We'll see if I get a different response. Also Is the new my uscis account working for you guys?

I keep getting 500 ERROR. It worked just fine the other days.

Folks,

so I got this email update today

“There has been a recent processing action taken on your case.

Receipt Number: SRC1990060287

Application Type: I751, PETITION TO REMOVE CONDITIONS ON RESIDENCE

Your Case Status: Card/ Document Production

On April 18, 2019, we mailed your document for Receipt Number SRC1990060287, directly to the address you gave us. If you do not receive your document by May 18, 2019, please go to www.uscis.gov/e-request .........

This step applies to applications that result in an applicant receiving a card (such as a "green card") or other document (such as a naturalization certificate, employment authorization document, travel document, or advance parole). Applications will be in this step from the time the order to produce the card/document is given until the card/document is produced and mailed to the applicant. You can expect to receive your card/document within 30 days of the approval of your application”

Looks like it was approved !!!!! :/ I’m happy if it is lol but seems too quick and too efficient for USCIS lol

That seems like they are mailing you the 18 months extension letter because if it's approved it would say CARD was produced instead of DOCUMENT. Have you gotten your extension letter yet?

Yes already got that extension. Also below it says CARD refers to Green card and DOCUMENT refers to naturalization certificate, employment authorization document, travel document, or advance parole.

The current status reads CARD/Document Production

Thanks, Alex. I click on check  case status on the main USCIS website.

https://egov.uscis.gov/casestatus/displayLogon.do

I noticed both of them has slightly different URL. I am curious whether the information presented in these sites identical (I would assume so), but I am curious whether USCIS has two separate info tracking website (though this would not make much sense).

Hi Happy-Phil,

I sent my package to the Dallas address but my file was routed to Nebraska Service Center which is in Lincoln, NE.

I have not heard from them since 12/11/18 when I got my Extension Letter.

I have check 3,000 cases around me (of which around 500 are I-751) and not for a single one did I see a change in status.

I am thinking on submitting a service request again for the biometrics.

Hi Alex,

How do you fill a service request for the Biometrics is it a good thing to send a request or it's going to trigger some red flags, I see some applicant got their bio metrics app just one month after they submit their package?

It has been now 6 months still didn't hear anything from them which starts worries me...you know how it is the wait game.

In case they request an interview do you have to have all the original copies you have submit in your first package, specially in my case we have a age gap difference? Please advise if you have any ideas....

Thanks?

Hi Phil,

This is the website where you can submit the service request: https://egov.uscis.gov/e-Request/Intro.do and select Did not receive notice by mail. You will then select Other and under comments you will explain what you did not receive.

I have submitted services requests for all my cases so far, I don't think it would trigger any red flags, you have nothing to hide. Also they created this service request specifically for situations like this.

Hi Lolita,

It didn't take you a lot to get the app schedule that was fast I'm fascinated I guess they work like first come first serve....plus they send me back my photo album because it didn't fit with the archive procedures...... I had to send back some pics as evidence does it cause a delay?....

Hi Everyone,

I wanted to get your opinion if I'm on track, should get in contact with USCIS and so on.

Nebraska Service Center

Received package: 10/23/2018

Check cashed: 10/26/2018.

NOA (18 month extension): 11/08/2018

USCIS check status: On October 26, 2018, we accepted the fingerprint fee for your Form I-751, Petition to Remove Conditions on Residence....

In addition, I'm tryin to to confirm my identify with myUSCIS but when I enter my LINxxxxxxx receipt number number it says

We could not find the A-Number and/or DOS Case ID you entered.

Any advice?

Thanks!

I think you're ok since your receipt number shows up on the website. I'll try confirming my identity too to see if i get a similar message

I did not send a photo album, I just sent a bunch of pictures. I'm not sure if that could have delayed the process. On the website https://myaccount.uscis.dhs.gov/  it still says that my fingerprint has been received, so they haven't updated that. I did submitted a service request about 3 weeks prior to receiving the letter that said that my biometrics were going to be reused. I'm not sure if that made them move quicker.
