Hi everyone. So the mail I got from uscis was 3 approval notice. I don’t know why they sent me 3 copies but they did. And my card is on it’s way. It has been a great and fast journey removing my conditions. I hope the same to everyone. And kudos to visajourney and as well as the great people who helped me. I’ll be back on 2021 for my naturalization. If you guys have questions I have my notifications on and will still be checking immigration updates from this forum. Goodluck to the others and hope for fast approvals as well. Ciao!

I guess having children will help lots, my friend get ref for not having baby but she is 55 years old and do not want to have baby anymore.

It did help but not as a major factor. Proving financial co-mingling and joint residency are the major ones. Our joint account was where our direct deposits are and what we also used to pay the bills, groceries, etc.

As of today my Notice of Action that starts with SRC does not still pull up anything when I type in the numbers on USCIS status checking website.what exactly is going on? We filled since October 20th 2018.How long do we have to wait before I go ahead and file the Citizenship for my wife? Thanks guys

How come you got yours pretty quick? This is not fair to millions of us waiting for months just for an ordinary biometric notice.But congrats  to you anyways

Thanks for the update, brunochi. I updated the table and added some colored flair to mark the occasion of having this thread's first ROC approval (woohoo!). 5% of Nebraska done, 95% to go...and 100% to go in the rest. I think greengem's case was an accident by an immigration officer who picked from the wrong folder to work on, but it's a happy accident nevertheless :)

forgot to add approval date

Dec   3, 2018: USCIS NOA1 letter with 18month extension received! 😍(notice was dated Nov 29)

Νov 28, 2018: USCIS email received with confirmation of 11/27 call, case at this time processed in NE and estimate of NOA1 email or letter to be received in next 15 business days

Νov 27, 2018: USCIS rep submitted new request for duplicate NOA letter

Oct 25,  2018: Got notified that check was cashed! 😄

Oct 19,  2018: Delivery in Texas lockbox confirmed

Oct 18,  2018: Re-mailed out I-751 for removal of conditions

Oct   4,  2018: Packet returned with rejection NOA1 due to missing signature 😓

Aug 17, 2018: Delivery in CA Service Center confirmed

Aug 16, 2018: Mailed out I-751 for removal of conditions

Hi guys, I have an update. Checked my case satus online and it says this:

 

Hopefully, this is a good sign. No hitches and already in the works for approval.

(we never received any biometrics letter in the mail though)

Amazing to start seeing changes in status around here! Gives me hope! Lol. 

 

On a separate note, I will be relocating to the Midwest and will be submitting documentation to a new employer. 

Can anyone send me information regarding valid documents accepted - expired GC plus extension letter?? 

 

I might be ok just presenting them, but just wanted to have as many backup information as possible in case they ask for.

Yup, I'm in the midwest myself, and I just started a new job. All they needed was the green card + the extension letter. They may ask for your drivers license too, they wanted it for me, even though they didn't really have to.

Dec   3, 2018: USCIS NOA1 letter with 18month extension received! 😍(notice was dated Nov 29)

Νov 28, 2018: USCIS email received with confirmation of 11/27 call, case at this time processed in NE and estimate of NOA1 email or letter to be received in next 15 business days

Νov 27, 2018: USCIS rep submitted new request for duplicate NOA letter

Oct 25,  2018: Got notified that check was cashed! 😄

Oct 19,  2018: Delivery in Texas lockbox confirmed

Oct 18,  2018: Re-mailed out I-751 for removal of conditions

Oct   4,  2018: Packet returned with rejection NOA1 due to missing signature 😓

Aug 17, 2018: Delivery in CA Service Center confirmed

Aug 16, 2018: Mailed out I-751 for removal of conditions
