By the way, a reminder: NOA Date = The Receipt Date on your original NOA letter.

The majority of those NOA1 dates are text messages, not actual NOA1.

Quick update on my end. I see lot of apprehension from most of you and I'm in the same boat. I sent in my I-751 application on 10/29. Received text message on 11/5 but nothing in mail so far. My Green card is expiring on Jan 25 (some time left which is a bit relief) but I went ahead submitted an online enquiry today. Will wait for another week and then try talking to a tier-2 officer.

Sent 10/29, received 10/30, check cashed 11/05. 

Just I am at LIN you are at WAC.

My understanding is that, then, they are wrong and should be corrected so we have a more accurate information for everybody. But I know nobody has time for that. 😄

 

NOA stands for Notice of Action, which is the name of the USCIS form I-797C

for now i think i am the only one from LIN that received a biometric appointment letter for December 27 date. Keep in mind that you may not need to do biometrics at all, and USCIS won't tell you if you don't need to. I suggest that if you do not hear from USCIS after another 30 days, call them to find out.

how long did it take you to get NOA after speaking with rep about non delivery? i did the same thing, and I received a message from USCIS saying that they will send me a duplicate.

I have a question to those that have had their passports stamped with an Infopass appointment.

Do they take your green card?

I finally managed to get an Infopass appointment for next week. It took many attempts. I often tried around midnight but never had success then, however, this morning suddenly some appointments for next Friday showed. So for the West Palm Beach office it's probably better to look in the morning, in case anyone else needs to know this. They also only offered early morning Friday appointments.

I got an email and a text message from USCIS that they have worked on my case and that i should signed in to check my status. It was a suprise to see that my status had changed from Fingerprint was Received to Fingerprint was Reviewed and completed. It says your fingerprint has been completed and we are working on your form i-751, we would let you know if me made a decision or request if we need any additional documents. Could someone explain what this means please? I haven't received the bio appointment nor do i receive the NOA1, all i got was a text message with receipt. I have called trice, make an inquiry as well with no luck. Just got an infopass to go stamp my passport. I hope to do that soon.

My guess is that they waived your biometrics and used the old ones on file.

I sent it to Texas at the beginning of October. Received the letter at the end of October. About 3 weeks after sending the package. I sent a money order

I just got my Informed Delivery email.

No NOA 1, no Biometrics. - DAY 41 since they received the package.
