Okay guys so I just booked an InfoPass for Monday, 12/03 at 8:15 AM in downtown Cleveland, OH.

I am going to ask for the NOA 1 and hopefully I will get out with the 12 month stamp in the passport.

Come to Cleveland. LOL

There are literately slots available every 15 minutes from 8 to 3 PM. Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday. 

 

I just want to have a proof of status past my expiration of green card, just in case NOA 1 takes forever.

Luckily i got an appointment at midnight for today at 10am and managed to get my passport stamped!!!!

Now I can wait till November 2019. Good luck everyone. :)

Haha, I wish it worked like that. Good luck with it. I'm located in MI and will need to take a trip to the Detroit center to get a stamp if I don't an NOA anytime soon. Need it for employment among other things. I'm waiting for a USCIS call to give me an appointment (cannot make an Infopass appointment online for Detroit). The USCIS rep told me it takes up to 72 hours to receive the call and today it's 72 hours today...

Dec   3, 2018: USCIS NOA1 letter with 18month extension received! 😍(notice was dated Nov 29)

Νov 28, 2018: USCIS email received with confirmation of 11/27 call, case at this time processed in NE and estimate of NOA1 email or letter to be received in next 15 business days

Νov 27, 2018: USCIS rep submitted new request for duplicate NOA letter

Oct 25,  2018: Got notified that check was cashed! 😄

Oct 19,  2018: Delivery in Texas lockbox confirmed

Oct 18,  2018: Re-mailed out I-751 for removal of conditions

Oct   4,  2018: Packet returned with rejection NOA1 due to missing signature 😓

Aug 17, 2018: Delivery in CA Service Center confirmed

Aug 16, 2018: Mailed out I-751 for removal of conditions

Just so you know Detroit DOES NOT accept any InfoPass anymore!

You're right, I just saw the page where it said that, but I'm giving the contact center rep the benefit of the doubt that she might know better than us...if this is true though, it will suck if Michigan gets no field offices for immigration services and Ohio gets three. Also, the Ohio Field Offices page lists which residents they serve depending on the county and zipcode, so I don't think I can just walk into one and ask for a stamp, or make an appointment.

LOL THIS IS RIDICULOUS 

 

Called USCIS to see what they are saying.

Aparently they mailed my extension latter on Nov 2, 2018 and they won’t send out duplicates. 

And to go to the a field office to get a stamp. 

The lady was clueless, seriously. I would ask questions and she’d way: let me put you on a 60 seconds hold.

8/13/2021 - Oath Ceremony at Atlanta, GA office. Finally a US Citizen!

18-month Extension letter received today! 10 days after calling USCIS on Nov 20, and 4 days after USCIS sent me an email about the call. Big sigh of relief. For y'all, definitely call USCIS if you have been waiting for 30 days or longer.

3/31/2016 - AP "case is approved" according to USCIS Case Status Check

3/31/2016 - "Card Was Mailed To Me" according to USCIS Case Status Check

4/1/2016 - "Advance Parole Document Was Produced" according to USCIS Case Status Check... Err what?? I thought it's a EAD/AP combo card...

4/2/2016 - Received EAD Card in our mailbox... So it's NOT a EAD/AP combo card... I guess AP has an earlier expiration date? Oh no.

4/7/2016 - Received AP Authorization to Parole forms in our mailbox... 1 year expiration same as EAD...

5/18/2016 - Met with Congressman and inquired about I-485 status

5/23/2016 - Congressman replied that "cases are pending background check clearance." Oh no...

9/20/2016 - Applicant used AP at POE to enter United States

9/24/2016 - Received interview notice in our mailbox... Interview scheduled on 10/25/2016! Didn't receive any email notification... Hmm.

10/25/2016 - Interviewed at San Jose, CA Field Office. Case needed further review. Zzzzz...

10/26/2016 - AOS "Case was Approved" according to USCIS Case Status Check!!!!! Just one day...

10/31/2016 - "Card/Document Production... We mailed you the new card..." according to USCIS Case Status Check

11/3/2016 - Received USPS Priority Mail Envelope with GC in our mailbox! Green Card in hand finally!!!

10/1/2018 - Received USCIS reminder in mail to remove conditions

10/15/2018 - Sent Remove Conditions (751) application to Dallas Lockbox

10/19/2018 - Checks cashed according to our joint bank account

11/19/2018 - Nothing received in mail for 30 days

11/30/2018 - Received in the mailbox the 797c 18-month EXTENSION LETTER! Thank god!

12/1/2018 - Received in the mailbox Biometrics Appointment Notice

12/27/2018 - Fingerprinted at Louisville, KY field office

2/20/2019 - "Fingerprinted Review Was Completed" according to USCIS Case Status Check

10/9/2019 - "New Card is Being Produced" according to USCIS Case Status Check!

Called USCIS to see what they are saying.

Aparently they mailed my extension latter on Nov 2, 2018 and they won’t send out duplicates. 

And to go to the a field office to get a stamp. 

The lady was clueless, seriously. I would ask questions and she’d way: let me put you on a 60 seconds hold.

 

Obviously the notice was never sent out 

I don't believe that they actually mailed your extension letter out on Nov 2.
