Have any of you sent the documents without a joint bank account? My husband and I don’t have one but have other evidence such as insurance, tax transcripts filling as married, travels made together, affidavits from family and friends, credit cards where I’m authorized user, drivers license and other documents showing same address, leasing doc showing both as tenants. We will open a joint account in the next few days just in case... What do you guys think? Thanks!

Its been over 30 days for me since filing I-751 They received it on Oct 3rd...I called today and the woman told me that there have been some issues with the I-751 filings and getting letters out. She said that she will request another letter sent to me . She verified my address and said I should get it in 15 to 30 days...ouch wait again. She also mentioned we could make an infopass appt. to get a 1 year extension stamp for travel or update drivers license ect.

Ugh, that sucks. I hope you get it sooner than later. I called today too, to ask about any info on my case (only thing I knew so far was that the check was cashed). The rep said that nothing was out of the ordinary, but the weird thing is when she said that the notification was sent on the 26th, and to wait up to 30 days from that day...which doesn't make much sense, mail-wise, unless it's coming on horseback.

Dec   3, 2018: USCIS NOA1 letter with 18month extension received! 😍(notice was dated Nov 29)

Νov 28, 2018: USCIS email received with confirmation of 11/27 call, case at this time processed in NE and estimate of NOA1 email or letter to be received in next 15 business days

Νov 27, 2018: USCIS rep submitted new request for duplicate NOA letter

Oct 25,  2018: Got notified that check was cashed! 😄

Oct 19,  2018: Delivery in Texas lockbox confirmed

Oct 18,  2018: Re-mailed out I-751 for removal of conditions

Oct   4,  2018: Packet returned with rejection NOA1 due to missing signature 😓

Aug 17, 2018: Delivery in CA Service Center confirmed

Aug 16, 2018: Mailed out I-751 for removal of conditions
