Guys,

I was checking through Case Tacker App to see how many apps they received today... I was blown away, I checked 500 apps prior to my receipt number all are saying fingerprint fee was received. Then I checked starting with my receipt number, another 1,000 and then I stopped. These are all at LIN. I sure the other service centers are packed too. 

LOL, USCIS is making big money.

 

It's going to be a long wait. :)

Hello,

 

I have. We filed our application on 10/1. It was delivered to Arizona on 10/3. Our check was cashed 10/10, and NOA mailed on 10/20. We received our NOA on 10/29, think. I did call USCIS because we didn’t receive it within 10 days as it says on their website. From what everyone is posting here, there’s really no consistent time table for when they’re received. The applications are processed as they arrive to the lock boxes, and they’re very backed up.

After you posted this, of course, I immediately searched for the app and downloaded it. SO COOL, thank you for sharing this. My new obsession is trolling through this app. And yes, USCIS is making bank.

Hi-

My greencard is expiring on 01/26/19. I sent I-751 packet on 29 Oct and it was delivered on 02 Nov. Still waiting for checks to be cashed. 

 

My question when can I apply for N-400 neutralization (I read we can while we are waiting for I-751 approval)?

 

My conditional green card was issued on 01/26/17.

 

AOS from K-1 visa

5/27/2016: Entered US on k-1 visa

6/01/2016: Married!

7/22/2016: I-485 & I-131 & I-765 sent to USCIS

8/1/2016: NOA via SMS & Email received

8/3/2016: NOA letters received

8/10/2016: Biometrics appointment letter received (scheduled for 26 August)

8/26/2016: Biometrics done at Alexandria, VA

9/19/2016: RFIE E-Notification Received

9/23/2016: RFIE Letter Received

10/27/2016: Responsed back to RFIE Letter

10/31/2016: USCIS received RFIE Letter

11/15/2016: Open Service Request on USCIS as EAD/AP was beyond regulatory time frame

11/15/2016: An hour later EAD/ AP approved, Status Changed to: New Card is being produced

11/22/2016: AP approval letter received in the mail

Yup, you can apply for naturalization 90 days before your 3 year Green Card anniversary (90 days before 1/26/20). Doesn't matter if your I-751 is still pending (which it most certainly will be). Some people seem to think that sending the N400 app forces adjudication of the I-751 faster actually... I haven't done enough reading yet about that.

Hey guys! I sent my application to Texas Service Center (Lewisville) on October 31 and it was delivered on November 2. I forgot to submit the e-notification form (so sad), so I will be in the dark for quite a while, I imagine.

01-09-2017: AOS (I-130 and I-485) granted

10-31-2018: I-751 filed

01-25-2019 NOA received (Extension letter, Biometrics waiver letter)
